Hey Guys,
Saturday is the build in public recap.
What I built this week, what I paused, and what I learned along the way.
It was a busy one.
My daughter Stephanie launched, WarriorPlus made her launch the Deal of the Day, and I measured every step of it from the inside.
I also counted 13 years of launch calendars to answer a question that has bugged me for months: where did all the launch sales go?
Here's the lot.
📌 TL;DR
Stephanie's Skribbly video maker launch got WarriorPlus Deal of the Day. I have the before and after numbers.
Three new tools: Retention Scripter, Clip Scripter and Tube Reply Sniper.
JVswaps now drafts a webinar listing from just your sales page and JV doc URLs
KeywordIntent Pro got a guided KGR walkthrough, a "which do you mean?" picker and the lowest DR on page one.
Aha Studio has three tools running on their own subdomains, with a fourth in build.
LaunchWatch, a new monthly series: every WarriorPlus launch in September, counted.
The new X account passed 100 followers.
What I learned from pausing projects, and what's next.
1. A Deal of the Day, measured from the inside
Stephanie launched Skribbly on WarriorPlus on 30 September.
It turns any topic into a hand-drawn whiteboard video, script, drawing and voiceover included, right in your browser.
On day three, WarriorPlus picked it as Deal of the Day.
We took the numbers the morning before the pick and again just after it ended:

+600 visitors and +64 sales in the Deal of the Day window
The new traffic converted at the same 11% as the traffic before it (which surprised me as usually traffic in creases but conversions decrease whenever a creator gets Deal of The Day.
1 in 3 front-end buyers chose the $97 bundle over the $17 front end
The honest part: the pick did not make a bigger spike than the opening days.
Outreach to affiliates we know, a warriorplus affiliate offers page listing ad and a new bonus were all running at the same time, so nobody can say how much was the pick alone.
The full case study, with the funnel and the leaderboard, goes up on the blog this week.
The bundle and the upsells turned a $17 product into about $67 a buyer.
That could increase with a strong close tomorrow.
2. Three new tools
I built fewer Chrome extensions than usual this week, but the ones I did build were for Stephanie’s launch:

Retention Scripter, one of the Skribbly upsells.
Clip Scripter, the launch bonus for buyers who bought from my link or Stephanie’s
It turns a long video into Skribbly formatted reels and 15-second clips. It also grabs transcripts from videos embedded on web pages.Tube Reply Sniper, the YouTube twin of Reply Sniper. I built it yesterday and updated it again today.
This is a quality tool!
Tube Reply Sniper is a tool I wanted for myself.
It gives me video ideas fast, finds videos where I can leave a useful comment about something I've already automated, and shows what's working for other creators this week that fits my channel, so I can close the gap.
I planned to sell it at $67.
Instead, I added it mid-launch as a bonus, only for people who buy Skribbly directly from Stephanie or through my link.
That's how I'll run launches from now on. During a launch I make decisions as I go: add a bonus, or run a strategy livestream session on the tool.
Those go to people who buy direct. If you buy through an affiliate, I truly appreciate their support, but you'll miss whatever we add along the way.
The Skribbly launch closes at midnight US Eastern on Sunday 4 October.
Until then you get Skribbly for $17 with Clip Scripter and Tube Reply Sniper included. After the launch, each bonus goes on sale at $67.
3. JVswaps: a webinar listing in a few minutes
JVswaps is my marketplace for webinar swaps and for affiliates looking for mid and high-ticket webinars to promote.

This week:
Fixed the big one. Visitors were seeing an empty marketplace because of a permissions setting.
Now anyone can browse the approved webinars, signed in or not.AI listing intake. Paste your sales page, registration page and JV doc, and it drafts the listing: who it's for, the offer, every price tier, commission and payout terms. I tested it on my own ‘Unshackled’ webinar and it worked end to end.
An AI assistant to refine a listing without touching the facts.
Still to do: showing all the new details on each listing, then hosted webinar registration pages with SMS reminders to increase attendances for our users webinars.
Thats a pretty neat feature!
4. KeywordIntent Pro got sharper
Pro launches soon at $29 a month.

This week it got:
A guided walkthrough for the KGR long-tail method.
A "which do you mean?" picker for short, broad seeds, so you research the right meaning first.
The lowest Domain Rating on page one, not an average. One weak site in the top ten tells you more than an average ever will.
A traffic stats dashboard, just for me, so I can see which parts people actually use.
5. Aha Studio

Three tools are now running on their own subdomains, and a fourth is in build while KeywordIntent takes a short pause. More on this soon.
This is going to be my best product ever and thats saying something as i have produced some absolute classics over the years, but this is a different level nnd a brand new type of product.
We will launch it on a live webinar very soon, expect more than a few ‘Aha’ moments when i do the demo live!
6. LaunchWatch: where did all the launch sales go?
A few years ago, 2,000+ sales on a WarriorPlus or JVZoo launch wasn't unusual.
Today a named product creator does well at around 250. So I started counting.

317 WarriorPlus launches went live in September. More than a quarter showed no sales at all.
The 21 launches picked as Deal of the Day took 58% of all the sales.
Launch calendars are fuller than ever. MunchEye listed about 65 launches for the next 30 days in 2013. On 1 October this year, it listed 179.
More launches, fewer sales each.
LaunchWatch becomes a monthly series on the blog, and the first posts go up this week: September on WarriorPlus, WarriorPlus vs JVZoo, the Deal of the Day picks on both, and every launch calendar still running.
7. 100 followers on the new X account
I set up a new X account this week, and it just passed 100 followers. I also posted an X article on how founders can use WarriorPlus yesterday, and the JVZoo one goes up today.

Something I noticed: a lot of the people posting "let's connect" or "drop your product link" are young, I'd guess around 30 on average. Many of them not hugely experienced yet, but they have the drive. That's great to see, and it's exactly who my training is built for.
So I'm going to post more from experience: what I've learned, the methods I've used, and case studies like six-figure internal launches with no affiliates.
8. What I learned this week
I worked on one project at a time and paused each one before moving on.

It costs me 30 to 60 minutes to pick a project back up and remember exactly what I was thinking when I stopped. It's still worth it. I come back with a clear head and better decisions.
I also mapped out an extra session for Evergreen, and built a few dashboards to keep all of this on track.
What's next
Keep growing on X and find my voice for that audience.
Stop putting off YouTube videos. When I started out I made lots of videos. Now I have far more experience and far better tools and strategies to show, and I've only been doing livestreams. Shorter videos, more of them, starting now.
Test a little YouTube ad spend behind the best ones.
Finish at least three more Aha Studio tools and start preparing its release, which will be on a webinar.
Add the latest-AI-models refresh to all my Chrome extensions, and a shared product catalog file so every tool's call-to-action options stay up to date for every user and kill the bottleneck of building out a CTA bank on every chrome extension settings.
Run the extra Evergreen session, and keep preparing the Cornerstone workshop.
Move ProfitBooks over to Claude Code, so it improves faster and costs less to run and improve.
Test some workflows with the Grok bot, and some top-of-funnel QuickTips built around the questions people ask about the methods my tools automate.
This week's free tool
KeywordIntent, the free version.
Most keyword tools only rearrange the words you typed. This one uses Google's own intent data to find the keywords your seed doesn't contain: search "running shoes" and it surfaces "asics gel 1130".
Free forever, no signup:
Intent jumps and 8-way intent typing
Search volume, CPC and effective volume
The "best 20" shortlists, with reasons
A page-one check: can you win it, is there an AI Overview, is it full of forums?
A Search Console import that finds your low-hanging fruit
A sprint list with a weekly watcher, plus CSV export and Send to Claude
Not sure where to start? Hit "Guide me" and it walks you through.
Talk soon,
Tony
P.S. Skribbly with Clip Scripter and Tube Reply Sniper closes at midnight US Eastern on Sunday 4 October. After that, each bonus is $67 on its own. Grab all three for $17 here.
