Hey Guys,

Look, let me cut to the chase.
On September 24, Google started rolling out its 4th spam update of the year.
It came with a research paper about a system that works like a team of AI detectives, and it's built to catch exactly the kind of scaled content a lot of us have been bolting together.

I'll show you what that system looks at in #3, and the 2 checks to run on your money pages before you touch anything else.

First, the quick version of everything.

📌 TL;DR

  • Traffic: Repurpose viral posts into SEO articles (#1), survive the spam update (#3), claim free links first (#8), and read Bing's free AI citation report (#11).

  • Income: Find Amazon products with buyers and zero reviews (#4), follow the rules that keep you from getting banned (#10), and study 4 simple tool sites earning an estimated $16K to $83K a month (#9).

  • Clients: Reverse-engineer your client goal into conversations (#5), train a VA from a screen recording (#12), give away free sites and charge $297 a month (#7), and build client-grade sites for about $11 (#6).

  • Audience: YouTube's new video A/B testing (#2) and growing on X by following the right engagers (#13).

1. Turn this week's viral posts into ready-to-publish SEO articles

Who said it: Tim The SEO Guru, who ran the workflow live on screen.

Arvo's new chat feature finds a viral post in your niche on Reddit, LinkedIn or X, rewrites it as an article with H2s and H3s already in place, and pushes it to your connected site in a couple of minutes.

Key points:

  • Tim says the chat connects to Google Search Console, your Google Business Profile and a knowledge base of your own case studies and materials.

  • Tim says custom niche templates with variables give you articles only your brand could produce, and that these are working on Google and in AI Overviews.

  • Tim says the LLM brand monitor tracks your visibility and sentiment for the prompts you want to show up for.

Do this: Ask for a viral post in your niche from the last few weeks, repurpose it, then add your own internal links and information before you publish.

My take: I think the knowledge base is the part worth paying attention to. After reading #3, articles carrying your own case studies look like a much safer bet than repurposing alone.

2. YouTube will let you test 3 versions of the same video

Who said it: Rob Wilson of vidIQ, who attended Made on YouTube 2026 in New York (he disclosed that YouTube paid his travel).

YouTube is adding A/B testing for entire videos: 3 versions from one upload, with watch time share and a detailed retention breakdown for each.

Key points:

  • Rob says dynamic thumbnails are coming, where YouTube picks the thumbnail most likely to get each viewer to click.

  • Rob says YouTube affiliate marketing is expanding to 35 countries by the end of the year, with local links for viewers in other countries.

  • Rob says the Ask YouTube Studio chatbot is coming to mobile and will be able to watch your videos and critique things like the hook.

Do this: On your next video, script 3 different hooks now so you're ready to test them when the feature reaches your channel.

3. Get through Google's September spam update without panicking

Who said it: Edward Sturm, who hosts a daily SEO podcast that just hit 1,180 episodes in a row.

The update registered 9.4 out of 10 on Semrush's volatility tracker, and Google's John Mueller confirmed the rollout will run about 2 weeks. Previous spam updates took about 2 days.

Key points:

  • Edward cites Roger Montti at Search Engine Journal, who reports that Google's SAFE system uses specialist AI agents, managed by an orchestrator agent that makes the final call, to catch coordinated synthetic content.

  • Edward says a Reddit theory is doing the rounds: programmatic pages where only the city name changes will get hit first.

  • Edward says his bottom-of-funnel SaaS site dipped and rebounded fast, while his top-of-funnel blog kept swinging.

Do this: Wait for the rollout to finish, then check each money page: is the keyword in the title, slug, H1 and first sentence, and do you answer search intent right away?

4. Find Amazon products that already have buyers and have zero reviews

Who said it: Travis Marziani, who says he's made over $10 million selling on Amazon and through affiliate marketing since quitting his 9 to 5.

Travis found "glass air fryer" up 36x in searches on Exploding Topics, and Google had no proper "best glass air fryers compared" post anywhere.

Key points:

  • Travis says AI is great for brainstorming niches and useless for validating demand, because it can't see real search volume.

  • Travis says Amazon's New Releases tab shows which new products are selling, including one air fryer that launched in May and does around $175,000 a month.

  • Travis builds the store with Hostinger's AI builder and its Amazon affiliate template (he has a discount deal with them).

Do this: Start with his brainstorming prompt, then check any promising niche against Exploding Topics and the New Releases tab:

List 20 profitable affiliate niches with products sold on Amazon that are trending upward, priced between $50 and $200 and not yet oversaturated with competition.

5. Work out exactly how many conversations your income goal needs

Who said it: Kasey Brown, who runs the Brick by Brick program and has been making content for 6 years.

Kasey's client needed 16 clients.
16 divided by a 0.3 close rate gave 53 sales calls, and more back-of-the-envelope math turned that into 300 of the right people to talk to over a year.

Key points:

  • Kasey says to start with your "freedom number" (your monthly take-home), then back into clients, calls and conversations.

  • Kasey says even a weak salesperson closes about 30% of calls, and founders usually close more, so 0.3 is the conservative figure.

  • Kasey says 10 of the right people a day gets you to 300 in about a month.

Do this: Take your client goal, divide it by 0.3, and write the number of sales calls you need on a sticky note.

6. Build a site as good as a $20M company's for about $11

Who said it: Jesse Cunningham, who runs the Rank Expand Academy SEO community and builds microsites at volume.

In a head-to-head, Claude Fable built a structured, SEO-ready homepage for "Orlando Custom Pools" in 15 minutes.
GPT Astra delivered a broken image and an H1 that didn't match his blueprint.

Key points:

  • Jesse says to pull design inspiration from the Qualified Remodeler Top 500, because those companies' financials are verified and their sites clearly bring in work.

  • Jesse says the logo goes in first, since it carries the colour scheme, and every page looks professional from there.

  • Jesse says flat HTML means no hosting bill, so the only cost is the domain: about $11 with tax.

Do this: Generate the logo first, then give it to the model with 2 inspiration sites and your page structure.

7. Give local businesses a free website, then charge $297/month for the system behind it

Who said it: Adam Erhart, who says he's built 3 seven-figure agencies and worked with over 1,500 small businesses.

Adam scanned 692 local businesses across 22 trade and city combinations, and 92 had no website at all. That's about 1 in 8.

Key points:

  • Adam says to post in local Facebook groups offering free sites to 2 businesses in exchange for honest feedback.

  • Adam says the preview link really does come down after 7 days, and that deadline does the selling for you.

  • Adam says the client always owns their domain, and to check every AI-written claim before sending (he's seen "family-owned since 1987" on a brand-new business).

Do this: Search Google Maps for one trade in your city tonight and list every business with no website field.

Who said it: StudioHawk, an SEO agency that says it has run thousands of campaigns with over 100 staff across 15 years.

StudioHawk says writing for the big industry publications took its tracked organic traffic from about 35,000 to just over 46,000 visits a month.

Key points:

  • StudioHawk says the 5 levels are claim, ask, steal, authorship and attract (digital PR).

  • StudioHawk says relevance and real visitors beat a big site's size, even at level 1.

  • StudioHawk says to expect 1 yes from 10 outreach emails, and that paid guest posts usually cost $100 to $500.

Do this: List 10 organisations that already know your business (suppliers, customers, associations) and ask each one for a link.

9. 4 dead-simple tool sites pulling an estimated $16K to $83K a month

Who said it: Spencer from Niche Pursuits, who reviews real niche sites using traffic data.

Picker Wheel, a random spinning wheel, gets over 5.5 million page views a month, which Spencer estimates at $43,200 a month from display ads at a $5 RPM.

Key points:

  • Spencer says a Blox Fruits item-value calculator gets 9.86 million page views a month, mostly from returning visitors, which he estimates at about $83,779 a month at a $3 RPM.

  • Spencer says heightcomparison.com pulls 2 million page views a month, which he estimates at about $16,500.

  • Spencer says a face-shape detector gets 1.21 million page views at 5.41 pages per visit, which he estimates at over $32,000 a month.

Do this: Write down 5 things people in your niche pick, compare or calculate, then check whether "[thing] calculator" or "[thing] generator" gets searches.

10. The 5 rules that keep your Amazon affiliate account alive

Who said it: Travis Marziani again. This is the same video as #4, and the back half is worth a second pass on its own.

Amazon pays you on anything a visitor buys within 24 hours of clicking your link, and 5 simple mistakes can get that account permanently banned.

Key points:

  • Travis says never shorten links (Bit.ly, Pretty Links) and never put them in emails, PDFs or ebooks.

  • Travis says never list prices, always disclose affiliate links, and never buy through your own links or let anyone on your Wi-Fi or IP do it.

  • Travis's 3 prompt tricks: name your exact customer, paste in real product facts for the AI to rewrite, and upload a screenshot of a layout you like.

Do this: Audit your current affiliate pages against those 5 rules today.

11. See which of your pages AI cites, free, inside Bing

Who said it: SearchLogistics, an AI SEO agency with hundreds of free tutorials.

Bing Webmaster Tools now has a free AI performance report showing your cited URLs and the grounding queries behind them, going back to November 1, 2025.
SearchLogistics says premium trackers charge $29 to over $400 a month for similar data.

Key points:

  • SearchLogistics says grounding queries are the searches the AI runs behind the scenes to find your content.

  • SearchLogistics says to export 90 days of grounding queries and have ChatGPT group them by intent.

  • SearchLogistics says clusters with lots of queries and few citations are your fix list: answer in the first 1 to 3 sections, match headings to the queries, and copy the format of pages already being cited.

Do this: Import your site from Search Console into Bing Webmaster Tools (about 2 minutes) and pull your first grounding query export.

12. Turn a 10-minute screen recording into a VA training manual

Who said it: Kasey Brown again. Same video as #5, and this is its second half.

Kasey recorded herself talking through a few ideal-client LinkedIn profiles, gave Claude the transcript, and got back a sourcing playbook that opened with principles like "no evidence, no entry."

Key points:

  • Kasey says the VA only sources prospects and you have every conversation, because trust is earned in pebbles and lost in buckets.

  • Kasey says to tell Claude to ask you questions, which is how she landed on hard disqualifiers like dormant accounts, job seekers and competitors.

  • Kasey says even if you have no VA yet, record yourself doing the task so you've got material ready when you hand it off.

Do this: Open Loom or Zoom, talk through 5 to 10 of your best clients' profiles out loud, and ask Claude to turn the transcript into a playbook that starts with principles.

13. Grow on X in 10 to 20 minutes a day by following the right engagers

Who said it: Me. I used the first strategy below to grow 3 separate X accounts past 10,000 followers each, and I built Reply Sniper to do it exactly the way I do it by hand.

Reply Sniper has 2 X growth strategies built in: following the engagers of posts that have your exact audience, and replying on those same posts with angles worth reading.

Why X matters for SEO now

Google Search Console now asks you to add your social accounts, and X is one of them. That's search everywhere optimization. As results shift from blue links to AI answers and citations, being found on social platforms helps AI search engines find you too.

There's a second reason. Every follower is a chance to send someone to a landing page and onto your email list. Email is still the most effective way to earn from an audience, so growing on X means building a traffic source you own.

Strategy 1: Follow the engagers (the one that got me past 10K three times)

  1. Find a post in your feed that has your exact target audience in the comments.

  2. Click "Scan engagers." Reply Sniper pulls the people commenting first, then the people reposting, in priority order.

  3. Click "Check follow-back odds." Green means they're likely to follow you back. Amber means their numbers are lopsided (like 10,000 followers and 300 following), so the odds are low.

  4. Open 10 profiles at once, follow each by hand, then click "Mark as followed."

  5. Run it again a few days later. It tells you who followed back and who didn't, so you know who to unfollow.

Keep it to 30 to 50 follows a day. Faster Chrome extensions exist, but they get accounts locked for 24 to 48 hours, which kills your replies and posts for those days. Following 10 people took me about 2 minutes, and I was talking the whole time.

Strategy 2: Reply where your audience already hangs out

  1. Train your home feed by following people in your niche, so it fills up with posts your audience cares about.

  2. Click "Scan this page." Reply Sniper scores the top 40 posts and gives you the top 25 worth replying to, ranked by fit.

  3. Pick 3 to 5 posts and click "Suggest angles." You always get 5 (for example: personal result, the missing step, a caveat, the mechanism underneath, or the beginner translation).

  4. Choose an angle and it writes a draft. Or write your own reply and let it tidy it up.

  5. Edit the draft until it sounds like you, then post it yourself. Reply Sniper never posts anything for you.

That last step matters. If a line sounds like AI ("worth watching both columns once the data lands"), rewrite it in plain words. And if you know something about the topic, say it, even if it feels basic to you. Plenty of people on X know less than you do.

I saw a post last week from someone who grew fast, and when asked how many replies he did a day, he said 20 to 50. He didn't think that was a lot.

Bonus: Pattern Miner

Go to the profile of someone who's growing a product from their posts. Click "Mine profile" and it reads their last 30-plus posts and pulls out what's working: the audience, the hooks, the formats. Save it, export the MD file, and drop a few of these into a Claude project to plan your own posts using your products.

Also included: It works on LinkedIn too. And buyers get access to the Growth Circle, a WhatsApp group plus a web app that tracks who's engaging with others' posts, so you know who's worth sharing for.

Do this: Find one post today with your exact audience in the comments, follow 10 of its engagers, and leave one reply in your own words.

Grab Reply Sniper while it's at its lowest price

If you want your own traffic source on X without spending hours doing the grunt work, Reply Sniper takes both strategies down to 10 to 20 minutes a day. You still follow people and post replies by hand. It just finds the right people and posts for you.

It's a one-time cost, and the early-bird discount coupon is in the Fightback Traffic Systems WhatsApp group. Buyers also get the link to the live webinar where I walk through all of this and take questions.
